Malan is open to contracts, cooperative agreements, direct grant support, consortiums and multi-actor projects, and sectorial and tailored assignments that address the specific needs of sectors and organizations.

Malan works in tandem with our non-government organization, Better Life Organization (BLO) to address Afghanistan’s humanitarian and development needs. Malan brings technical expertise in MEL, research, and training, offering data-driven insights to enhance the outcomes of aid programs. BLO, on the other hand, focuses on direct service delivery aligned with the SDGs, particularly in protection, food security and livelihoods, health, and women’s empowerment. As a women-led NGO, BLO aims to empower vulnerable communities by improving their access to essential services sustainably.
